Sassable guarantees 99.9% uptime between the hours of 6am and midnight Australian eastern standard time 7 days a week.
Help and Support
Support is provided via the online support system and documentation. Support requests will be responded to via email within 1-2 business days, depending on nature and urgency of the request.
