Booking System Terms and conditions
The Sassable booking system is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
For business owners who register to use the Sassable booking system, a one time fee of A$55 is payable on registration, backed by a 30 day money back guarantee. Businesses will be charged A$0.55 cents per booking on all bookings recorded in the system, billed monthly. Bills are payable via PayPal or Direct Deposit within 30 days of invoice date. The sole remedy provided to business owners in the event of service failure is refund or waiver of monthly booking fees as per the below Service Uptime Guarantee.
Service Availability and Uptime Guarantee for Booking System
Sassable guarantees 99.9% uptime between the hours of 6am and midnight Australian eastern standard time 7 days a week. If the system is unavailable within these hours for more than 30 minutes in any one calendar month all booking fees will be waived for that month. In addition, any new bug report posted by a paying customer will qualify that customer for a booking fee waiver for the month the bug was reported. No additional benefits exist for multiple bug reports, and only the first customer to report the bug via the bug reporting system will qualify for the fee waiver.
