awful experience
I brought my mum and my self a voucher for mothers’ day on a website, upon booking I mentioned that it was a surprise for mother please does not mention anything about the price to the receptionist and the manger told my mum the price of the treatment.
- Also during the treatment some one was mowing the lawn outside the spa which was very disruptive….me and my mother couldn’t relax at all during the treatment. The point of the treatment was so that me and my mother could relax
-My scalp massage which was meant to be for 15minz, she did in less then 5min
-We were both also meant to receive 2 x $20 voucher which we didn’t receive.
-The treatment was meant to be a 90min treatment but she said it would be a 60min treatment because we arrived late and the 90min also included filling out the consultation form and getting changed …and the treatment ended up been 50minz !

I was very disappointed, I ‘m never going back to the place again and I hope no one goes through the same experiences as me.
