Outdoor gyms give you an opportunity to do hanging exercises that can wake up brain pathways from when you were a kid swinging on jungle gyms and climbing trees. This contributes to the good feelings you get after completing a workout.

Why would you want to workout everyday?

How long should I workout for?

Anytime you do a new type of exercise you might feel sore for the next day or two. So if you’re new to this type of exercise starting with 10 minutes for the first couple of days will make sure you don’t get too sore. After that you can start to increase your workout time according to how well your body is recovering from each workout. Aim for 20-30 minutes everyday or find what works for you. Train in your sweet-spot, not too easy and not too hard and build up gradually.
